Disclosures
Plain answers about how this site works.
We're a referral service
RichmondTankless.com connects homeowners with independent, licensed contractors. We don't install, repair, or service water heaters, and we don't employ the contractors we refer.
How we're paid
Contractors pay us to receive referrals or to advertise on this site. Homeowners never pay us anything.
One contractor per request
Each request goes to one contractor who serves your area, not to a list of companies.
Contractors are responsible for their work
The contractor you hire is responsible for their licensing, insurance, permits, pricing, workmanship, and warranties. Any agreement is between you and the contractor. We encourage you to verify any contractor's Virginia license before hiring.
Calls may be recorded
Calls to our phone number may be recorded for quality and to confirm referrals.
Photos
Lifestyle photos on this site are illustrations, and the people shown are not customers. Installation photos were shared by local homeowners and show work by various contractors, not work by us.
Brands
Brand names appear only to describe equipment. No manufacturer sponsors or endorses this site. RichmondTankless.com is not affiliated with Rheem or the Richmond® water heater brand.
Who runs this site
RichmondTankless.com is locally owned and managed by a Midlothian native, born and raised in the area.
